Within an hour drive of the beach house in Panama are multiple hikes of varying degrees of difficulty. Cerro Chame is only a 30 minute drive from Punta Raton and is a good morning hike – time ranges from 1-3 hours round trip. This is a great hike to prepare for longer more strenuous hikes like Baru.
